After the demise of Boz People, Raymond Boz Burrell was taken under the wing of Charles Dean aka The Bowler Hat backer. He signed to Columbia and released a string of un-influential singles although today they are considered collectable mainly for Boz's achievments with Bad Company and the session players that played on the recordings, which included the likes of Ritchie Blackmore, Chas Hodges and Jon Lord.
Boz would often put a band together to tour and would go out as Boz and his Boy's/Band
