This group had advanced from the rudimentary Phantoms Skiffle Group. The group would rehearse and hold regular gigs at the Downham Youth Club. Danny was soon spotted by Stoke Ferry outfit The Strollers and joined as the groups second front man. While Richard put down his guitar and picked up a set of sticks to form and become the drummer of the Downham based Drumbeats
