SIDEWINDERS SKIFFLE GROUP, THE

The group popped out of obscurity in May 1958 to enter Norman Guests, Skiffle of the Year contest at the New Cellar club, later to become known as the The Orford Cellar

We do know the guitarists name was Don Ingram as he won the individual prize for best guitarist along with the groups overall accolade as competition winners. Don was impressed by second place group The Jack O Diamonds Four that he would play with the group on spare nights as the Jack O Diamonds Five
