"We were originally called NR32 - but morphed into 'Eggie Rumdrum and the Offbeats' when we started a connection with BBC Radio Norfolk - got us some airplay. I guess my inspiration was learning the Cello at Primary School - then swapping it for bass - which is my 'real' instrument - but along the way I learned keys, guitar, sax and a few others - expert on none, but good enough to get paid. Pretty much this sums me up - I get bored quickly. I just realised I still have the bass guitar that is in that old picture - AND - it still has the same strings on it!" PJ02/02/2021
