"I was a member of the Ipswich, Suffolk band Dry ice, they were formed around 1972 and were active until 1974 when the band disbanded to form two more Suffolk bands. The Band was managed in the early days by Martin Wilson and had great success in 73 & 74 in east Anglia. The act support to some top acts notably Ace, Stone The Crows, Slade and Alvin stardust. Notable venue’s we appeared at include Bury St Edmunds Corn Exchange, St Mathews Bath’s Hall Ipswich, Felixstowe Pier Pavilion, Copdock International Htl and Luton Town FC. Following the breakup of Dry Ice I went on to form Warrior (Ipswich) and Glen formed The Birdy Jones Band (Needham Mkt)." GW18/05/23
