"Carpet Ride were an Ipswich band formed in 1991. I played bass with Fitch guitar, Mallett, guitar and Green on Drums. We played prog-psyche original material. In 1994 I left to form The Voyeurs and was replaced by Hackett. Later Hackett left and the remaining members became The Future Kings of England and went in to have a successful recording career. The FKoE were also joined by Steve Mann. In 2011 in rejoined and we became Albion Mills, who are still performing and recording." JM 14/02/2021
