And Us were a four piece post-hardcore/emo band from Norwich, England. The band formed late 2002 and played their first show at the legendary Ferryboat Inn, April 2003. There final show was to be one of the venue's last in early 2006. And Us played 24 shows, recorded 4 d.i.y ep's and have one studio recorded demo.
