Renwick had previously been in Little Women and joins the group when Carling turns professional in the group ?? He recalls "The original Bass player and Drummer where twin. I can't recall their names but they were soon replaced."

Tours:

France / Austria / Germany

Note:

The bands gigs and releases have been hard to pin down mainly because of a Birmingham based band of the same name also playing around the country during the same period. Many books and online sources put the two bands together but they are completly unrelated.

Birmingham/Midlands - Wages Of Sin (Nov 66 - Jul 67)

Lead Vocals: Ed Pilling

Vocals, Guitar: Mick Hopkins

Vocals, Guitar: Brian Pilling

Vocals, Bass: Ted Clarkson

Drums: Jimmy Skidmore

The band formed in November 1966 but says it changed name to Yellow Rainbow in ?? to avoid confusion with another band playing as Wages Of Sin. It doesn't say that this is the Cambridge band so i can't rule out the poassibility of a third act running under the WOS title. It's this WOS that releases the Hendrix cover Hey Joe in Germany.

Discography:

7" Hey Joe b/w                              Paletten Records                    (German release only)
